As long as you own any of our tools, we will offer Tech Support for your tool and any diagnostics you may need. We’ve also simplified our Warranty Process. As long as the tool is under our one-year warranty, just call our Tech Support team and speak to one of our Technical Advisors. We will help you diagnose the tool and if we can’t resolve the issue over the phone, we will replace your tool no questions asked*.
